Our services
We design, install, configure, test, document, and support smart-home, Wi-Fi and networking, security camera, and technology installation projects for homes and small businesses in Northern Virginia. Information on this site is general in nature. It is not a quote, a guarantee of results, or technical advice for a specific property.
Requests, estimates, and scheduling
Submitting the request form does not create a contract and does not reserve an appointment. It begins a conversation. Work proceeds only once both parties have agreed in writing to a specific scope, through an estimate, proposal, or work order.
Estimates are based on the information available when they are prepared and may be revised after an on-site assessment or if conditions differ from what was described. Where a written estimate, proposal, or invoice addresses scope, pricing, payment, scheduling, cancellation, or warranty, that document governs and takes precedence over this page.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about the property and what you want to accomplish
- Provide safe, lawful access to the property and work areas on the scheduled date
- Obtain any permission required before work begins, including from a landlord, building owner, or homeowners association
- Ensure an authorized adult is available where access or decisions are required
- Keep your own account credentials, passwords, and access codes secure
Existing wiring, network conditions, construction materials, and third-party equipment can affect what is achievable at a given property. We will tell you when we find such a constraint and discuss the options before proceeding.
Third-party products and services
Equipment we install is manufactured by third parties and is covered by their warranties and terms, not ours. Some devices depend on services outside our control, such as your internet connection, a manufacturer's cloud platform, or a paid subscription. We are not responsible for third-party outages, account changes, pricing changes, feature removals, or decisions to discontinue a product or service.
Payment
Payment terms, deposits, and accepted methods are set out in your written estimate or invoice.
Cancellation and rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as early as you reasonably can so the appointment can be reassigned. Any notice requirements or charges that apply will be stated in your written estimate.
Workmanship
We perform work in a professional and workmanlike manner. Any warranty on our labor is stated in your written estimate or invoice. Except as stated there and as required by law, we make no other warranties regarding the work.
Website content
The content on this site, including text, layout, graphics, and the Benaya Tech name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, republish, or use it commercially without our written permission.
Acceptable use
