Information you give us
When you submit our request form, we collect what you enter:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Your city or service area
- Whether the project is for a home or a business
- Property or business type, number of locations, and your desired timeline
- The services you select and anything you write in the message field
We also retain correspondence you send by phone, text, or email, together with the notes, configurations, and documentation produced while planning and completing your project.
Information collected automatically
We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, or any other tracking on this site. We do not build visitor profiles.
Our hosting provider and the networks that deliver our fonts and one JavaScript library automatically record standard technical details — including IP address, browser type, and the pages requested — in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. This logging is performed by those providers and occurs on any site that uses such services.

- Formspree — receives and delivers your request form submissions
- GitHub Pages — hosts this website
- Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on this site
- jsDelivr — serves a small JavaScript library used for menus and forms
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We may share information when the law requires it, or when it is needed to establish or defend a legal claim.
How we use your information
- To respond to your request, ask follow-up questions, and prepare an estimate
- To schedule, perform, document, and support the work
- To send messages about your specific project, appointment, or invoice
- To send marketing email, but only if you have asked us to
- To keep business records and meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations
Email and your consent
The marketing checkbox on our request form is optional and is never pre-selected. Leaving it unchecked has no effect on your request, your pricing, or the service you receive.
If you do opt in, you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or by emailing info@benayatech.com. Either way, we will still send the messages needed to handle your request and complete your project — such as scheduling confirmations, estimates, and invoices.
How long we retain information
We retain request and project records for as long as necessary for the purposes described above and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or stripped of details that identify you.
Security
This site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and access to request and project records is limited to personnel who require it to perform the work. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send passwords or alarm codes by email; we will arrange a more secure method where needed.
Your choices
You may request access to the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You may also opt out of marketing email at any time. Contact info@benayatech.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. We may first need to verify your identity, and we may retain information we are required to keep for legal or accounting purposes.
Children
This site is intended for adults arranging work on a property. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top of the page.
